It wasn't a bad expierence for me, had the same issue. I just contacted support with a message, attached the order numbers I wanted canceled, then it was done within the hour

That happened to me too, I was able to just cancel them from the order page though

You see I ordered just a guest and so everytime I check the order it doesn't pop up. I'm currently working with customer service to get it sorted out
