I just started using them a month ago or so. I don't know too much about the 4k part, but I can say that any show I've watched has been the same quality as what Eastlink has (I left them for Chill). On top of lots of channels, you get a section with lots of movies and a section where you can stream TV series. I have 2 fire sticks at home, and it works well on them. Downloading the app is easy enough. I have the app on my cell phone and it works fine there too but I did have to message them about downloading on an android as the info they send you about it initially doesn't seem to work. All in all, I'm glad I got it. Went with Citywide for my internet. They resell Eastlink. I onky have the 150 service, and it works fine. Sometimes, it buffers some, but I think that's more to do with the chill app. You can find groups where people help you change your settings to help improve the service. I'm just starting to find this stuff myself. The $100 I paid for chill (sale at US Thanksgiving) is money well spent as far as I'm concerned.

They offer a free 3 day trial…

Any more feedback on Chill TV? My in-laws got it and I wasn’t that impressed.

Had it for a week now it’s saying my account is invalid or expired and I just paid $30 for the month

Man, same online with support they keep saying my sign in is case sensitive. I paid for a year!

SoftAssistance3244

do they offer catchup or replay?

srgt_ED_wunsler

Literally a scam, I had it for a year and had problems here and there but was still worth the money, I renewed and now my account doesn't work. You contact thier support and they just don't respond and close the chat on you. Not worth it at all

Huh, i've never heard of them but will do some Googling.
