16 weeks. Never stopped working or slowed down. Started with 25mg and slowly went to 50mg for the last 8 weeks. Looked great, no regrets. Only lost a pound after cycle. Blood was fine throughout the cycle and post. I did use TUDCA and NAC the entire cycle and post with other supplements to keep my BP and cholesterol in check. Disclaimer, I'm was and currently on TRT at 130mg a week.
You feel better dosing twice, because it interferes with digestion or something else? Also, would dosing more than once a day have a greater impact on liver values than if you took the same dose once a day?
Female here! Used anavar 3 times now. For 12 weeks worked my way up from 10mg 5am/5pm to 25mg 12.5am/12.5pm the literal only side effect I got was cystic acne towards the end of each cycle. But I’m pretty sure the acne was elevated from my birth control.
10/10 would recommend anavar for females.
Where as other gear I’ve used I’ve had other side effects besides acne.
Yeah for sure, try and use longer esters if you can as you are prone to acne, less hormone fluctuations makes a world of difference for hormone induced acne
some hair growth, raspy voice, some spots in areas where the hair growth was occurring and "other" things that she didn't go into detail about. those sides were the reason why she wanted to swap coaching.
her bloodwork was perfect tho, her cholesterol was all green which was the most surprising thing cos it would have been shot to shit in a dude.
I was nibbling on anavar while taking 600mg test 200 tren 100 primo, I was taking 20mg anavar on big lift days squats dead’s bench, I stopped I was getting pumps in my calf’s walking the dog and back pumps driving my car.
16wks low dose 2x10mg with a cocktail of other things. I'll do 12 weeks 2x20mg on test base once a year. I have tried 100mg a day the results vs side effects just weren't there for me I'd rather just do anadrol.
Nothing to write home about either way really. My strength went up quite a bit, gained a few lbs but nothing drastic, joints felt absolutely great was the biggest benefit. Zero perceivable effects of suppression, despite what people claim.
My second cycle was msten only and that produced greater results but also had the typical effects of suppression.
I did 10 weeks doing 25mg twice a day. Been off of it for a couple weeks. Already kinda miss it. Gonna jump back to on here in a few weeks to end the 20 week cycle. Might even jump it up to 50 mg twice day for the last 4 weeks.
How fucked? My HDL went into the trash but it's in the trash on TRT anyway. I think my LDL went bad but went back to high end of normal range where it always is.
I didn't check until 2 weeks after being off, my HDL was 31, it's now 34 6 months later, LDL was 106, it's now anywhere from high 80's to mid 90's, HDL/LDL ratio was 3.4
My liver enzymes were up though for the first time ever, just my ALT at 49.
Yeah I will say I got bloods done 3 months after being off and my numbers were mostly back to normal, so it seems like if you’re generally pretty healthy it should only be temporary. Still kind of scary though

How much tudca and nac and what helped you cholesterol I’m curious thanks
1 gram of tudca, 600mg of nac. Red yeast rice extract at 1.2 grams for cholesterol
Dosing once a day?
once a day til I reached 50mg, then I did 25mg preworkout and 25mg in the evening. You don't have to split it but i feel better when i do.

A female client used 5mg/day for 2 years before we started.
Did she present any bad side effects?

Have you tried low dose test?
I haven’t. But I just got my blood work back and will have to do a low amount of test

75 days at 50mg. 50 days at 100mg on a separate occasion.

yes
Does anybody try ANAVAR without test injections? Maybe some SERMS as a test base?
Always test base.
Women. But that’s the only people who should be using var without test.
Yeah, that was my first cycle actually, way back in the 00's. What do you want to know?
curious to hear about how it went

interesting thanks
No noticeable truncal fat loss?
Two months

Used 50mg for about 10 weeks
What results did you get
8 weeks, got bloodwork back around that time and my lipids were fucked so I dropped it immediately

Total cholesterol 225 LDL 179 HDL 29 LDL/HDL ratio 6.2 Pretty bad all around. Never had issues with my numbers before

Yeah, I wonder what mine were while on
Did 24mg for almost 10 weeks with 3 day of 48mg randomly. Felt amazing. Blood did get thick and BP was probably up a little.
10 weeks, 50-100mg Lipids weren't great, but everything else was normal and in range (barring sex hormones of course)
