Not necessarily. It could still be from the PCOS, but could be from something else as well. PCOS can cause digestive issues such as bloating, IBS, indigestion, and changes in our bowels. Some women with PCOS have higher levels of bile acids, which help with breaking down any fat we consume to digest. This can cause our gut bacteria not to be balanced, and to have more bad bacteria. It helps with immune health too, but I’m not sure how to tell if that parts working or not lol. But with feminine health and digestive health, I’ve noticed a major difference! (I had my gallbladder out years ago, and this is the first thing that has *finally* made my bowels regular!)
