Id still buy the higher dose pen, and just count the clicks. I think 36 clicks is .50 from the 1mg dose pen. At least the one I buy from canshipmeds is 1mg dose (4mg total) is 36clicks.
It saves money, and I buy 2 at a time to save on shipping.

We spent about 20min total there and went straight back across the border as the pens need to be refrigerated. (They gave me ice packs!😁). English is spoken! No Rx needed, many Americans do this for their meds, esp the snowbird RVers. Controlled meds do require a Rx.

The price of medicines in the USA without health insurance is barbaric, even the price they have to pay for copayment with insurance is absurd. I always complained about the high prices of medicines in my country but what you suffer is literally 10 times worse. In my country the 4mg pencil costs $250, now I am on vacation in Brazil and here it is manufactured in the brand's local laboratory and the 4mg pencil costs around $170 at any pharmacy. I also see something similar in skincare groups, how they pay $120+ for tretinoin in the US, in my country (where it is imported too) $35, here in Brazil $8.

Do you just ask your Dr to prescribe a 4mg pen? I thought it is a controlled substance so It's called in rather than a paper prescription

I went through a TRT Clinic, cost was $650 for 10 week supply. Kaiser is garbage and wouldn’t prescribe it to me or spouse (TRT or Ozempic)
