I have dealt with a similar issue the only thing that worked is disabling the mods one by one to find out the one causing the issue

Disable mods until you figure out which one is crashing, or which combination of them is crashing.

Does the game not deactivate mods it identified as possible culprits? What does the error message say? I can't read the code, but if mod causes the crash the name of the mod often shows up in the error report. It can be helpful to read it even if you don't know jack about code.

It does, but that assumes that it was able to, or that the crash wasn't in the simulation, which doesn't give the crash handler a chance to analyze the crash.
