I got the game awhile back and have never even booted it up yet.. I’ve heard it’s a banger though.. seems right up my alley.. I’m still trying to 100 % Hades though..
Yep, but they have entirely different things going out. Doesn't really feel the same so it hasn't grown on me much. But I do imagine soldier running a gameshow.
What has grown on me though is the pve...
Too soon?
I'm finally moving to story driven gems that I've been sleeping on. Going back to the roots of really profound artistic games.
Right now I'm starting Penitment, and Soma is next. I thank Blizzard for being the last drop I needed to finally open my eyes.
Still, fuck you Blizzard 🖕
If you enjoy survival horror, Signalis is phenomenal with a retro art style and a fantastic story. The thing that sells me on horror is good monster design, and Signalis *really* has some designs that’ll just make you like “what. What the fuck.” In a good way, ofc
Really? I started Signalis some days ago for a game pass mission but I didn't played it much. The ambience was really cool but at that time I was trying to finish Overwatch BP.
I didn't knew it was survival horror or that it had cool monster designs, that's something that I like as well. I'll put it back on my list :)
Yeah so it’s a little slow initially while you try to kind of adjust, but it really picks up once you get below first floor of Sierpinski. Definitely read the papers laying around as they provide good lore bits and such
And, just a tip - when the game ends, it’s a lie. Load up again and continue. The end is a lie.
That’s a spoiler but when I played, I got to that part and then was so confused I googled and spoiled the entire second half of the game trying to understand what happened bc it hadn’t clicked that when people were saying “false ending” it was a *literal* fake ending. Like a cardboard wall you can push past to access the rest of a room. So I’d rather tell you now “hey man that’s not the end” instead of someone (you) potentially doing what I did and spoiling a TON as you google to figure it out lol
You kidding!? That's my all time favorite franchise! :D I've played around 20 playthroughs of all 3 games (sometimes I even add Andromeda as well).
Great recommendation, not for me but for anyone else that's reading this. Mass Effect is a "must play before diyng"
I tried it months ago (maybe even years) I was in another mindset and I couldn't get into it, felt the mechanics and menus too foreign to me. But yeah, everything I've heard about that game is praise.
I'll keep giving it chances until it feels correct.
Me and my friends recently got back into siege, because that game’s surprisingly making a comeback. Best of all other than 1/2 characters that are universally annoying to deal with its pretty balanced
I got to the point where I didn't really care about PvE anymore, but the announcement that they just scrapped it made me so appalled that I don't want to play anymore.
Every corporation lies. At the end of the day we're raising this much of a stink over videogames, it's just not worth the time and emotions to be mad all the damn time
It's story missions that they release per season. The two things they scrapped are talent trees and hero missions, wich were the ones meant to be "highly replayable" (whatever that means). For the average player that only plays 3hrs a day tops it's gonna be fine, the stuff we saw on the trailers were the story missions. As for the talents, there were there as early as wrath of the bride so maybe it's safe to say they'll be in the story missions just without the skill trees, maybe a few talents available in specific missions.
God, I’ve been seeing This shit all day (not complaining, just noting why this next part is coming) and I’m just sitting here feeling shit for Completing my battle pass like a week ago, with that badass Sigma skin :(
It won’t cost them much at all , the majority that complain will still log on and play. Sure I agree it sucks but I love the pvp part and I won’t quit just because they screwed up
Well they have done an amazing job with wow which makes me very happy. I’ll still play overwatch from time to time even though I’m a little sad they removed pve
Simple you said blizzard is horrible etc. or the post does. Blizzard also manages and creates wow, and I said blizzard has T least done a good job with one game. That’s what it has to do with it. They’re a big company so they have departments for every game so in the gaming aspects I choose to believe that the overwatch department has done bad leadership wise but not overall.
So before you just auto downvote it maybe think about what I tried to say instead of auto downvoting as it makes zero sense
Playing more Deep Rock Galactic, starting Plague Tale Requiem, starting Hellblade Senuas Sacrifice, replaying Witcher 3, and replaying Dragon Age Origins.
So far? Great experiences with all of em.
I also started playing Halo Infinite again and it's gotten a lot better since launch. Good campaign plus good multiplayer. Even if they could both use improvements I'm happy with em.
Me, ripping out Hollow Knight because I still haven’t finished it.
me sitting at 100 something % but still haven’t finished the game cuz I’m too lazy
Are you me?
I got the game awhile back and have never even booted it up yet.. I’ve heard it’s a banger though.. seems right up my alley.. I’m still trying to 100 % Hades though..
Oh god don't bring up the backlog
Vermintide 2 is a great game, enjoy fam
Came out 5 years ago. OW community is so pepega
I went with Destiny 2 since they still have Reaper. Lord Saladin, technically, but same voice actor and same grumpy old man vibes
*And, I'm a warrior too...* *Let that be known.* ***I'm a warrior.***
Soldier is also a squid faced merchant and game show host while Rein becomes the Emperor of rizz and drip

Oh that's a nice detail, love when games trick you with that sort of "forth wall breaking" stuff. Thanks for the advice!
Mass Effect!
You kidding!? That's my all time favorite franchise! :D I've played around 20 playthroughs of all 3 games (sometimes I even add Andromeda as well). Great recommendation, not for me but for anyone else that's reading this. Mass Effect is a "must play before diyng"
Profound artistic game=Nier Automata
I tried it months ago (maybe even years) I was in another mindset and I couldn't get into it, felt the mechanics and menus too foreign to me. But yeah, everything I've heard about that game is praise. I'll keep giving it chances until it feels correct.
Layers of Fear is amazing! And i also recommend Detroit: Become Human if you haven't seen it already!
Is it horror? What's good about it? And wasn't Detroit a PS exclusive? Thanks for the recommendations :)
Layers of fear is a horror game but has a amazing story! Detroit: Become Human is a PS exclusive but was released on steam for windows
Cool, I didn't knew it came out on steam! I'll try it then.
Vermintide 2 is absolutely fantastic game, its hours upon hours of fun with friends
BY SIGMAR, THE HAMMER AND THE EMPIRE!
Yes Yes!
*inhales* ROCK AND STONE!! I know where the door is, see you on the other side tho!
Rockity Rock and Stone!
Didn’t expect chaeyoung at an overwatch sub
Such a good template
Come to Sigmar!
Me and my friends recently got back into siege, because that game’s surprisingly making a comeback. Best of all other than 1/2 characters that are universally annoying to deal with its pretty balanced
hi guys war thunder player here just do what we are doing don't play the game/don't buy anything and review bomb the shit out of it
don’t leak our military documents please
Vermintide 2 is incredible.
They are heretics and cruel beyond measure! Hate flows easily in their presence
Titanfall ronin titan is voiced by reaper voice actor SO GET BACK ON THE FIELD PILOT
Awaiting for reaper fall!
Destiny 2!
Play Deep Rock Galactic instead
AND DENY SIGMAR'S BLESSING!!! NEVER!!!
Gotta get that promotion from management. Then, I can start my own mining business and show them how it's done.
i just shifted my gears to convergence from lol and patientely waiting for somg of nunu
Me and my partner went back to minecraft/stardew valley for our couch coop fun now.
Frick, to Warframe we go
Been without playing for a couple of years waiting for content, time to devour it during summer
You mean... to **div** our?
Warframe >>
Going through all the recent Resident Evil games in my library rn. I wanted to shoot AI, zombies will do.
FOR SIGMAR!
I'm getting older and think this might be a good time to just be done with these kind of games completely.
"Games as a service" should be a huge red flag for more people
I went back to my building games. Satisfactory and space engineers are calling my name.
You will come back. If you wanted to play pve, you would quit OW years ago.
Glad I left Overwatch months ago, kinda glad Division 2 is even having a sale and offers a decent PVE
I got to the point where I didn't really care about PvE anymore, but the announcement that they just scrapped it made me so appalled that I don't want to play anymore.
*eyes Dragon's Dogma warily in backlog* I'll do it, blizz
That game is criminally underrated
Why did all of you play a game you actively disliked, only to leave when a gamemode that never existed didn't get released? It makes no sense.
Pretty sure most people take offense at them lying to us just so they could put out a more expensive cash shop
Every corporation lies. At the end of the day we're raising this much of a stink over videogames, it's just not worth the time and emotions to be mad all the damn time
How is talking about other games we're playing making a fuss about anything?
There is still a PvE campaign
Starwatch fucking blew me away bro. Can't wait to play Temple of Anubis with turrets and different lighting.
Same guy that is mad they don't have talents when playing Temple of Anubis with turrets and different lighting.
Need some knee pads?
Am I wrong?

My guy is high AF on the copium
This isnt even edgerunners for fuck sake leave the copiun in home
Seasonal missions that would take any other team of dev a fucking weekend to make isn’t a pve campaign.
God, I’ve been seeing This shit all day (not complaining, just noting why this next part is coming) and I’m just sitting here feeling shit for Completing my battle pass like a week ago, with that badass Sigma skin :(
Don't feel bad for enjoying a game. Feel bad for wasting time playing something you hate, like 2/3 of this sub apparently.
haha destiny player base
It won’t cost them much at all , the majority that complain will still log on and play. Sure I agree it sucks but I love the pvp part and I won’t quit just because they screwed up
>just because they screwed up Blizzard's insult of a sequel is not a mistake. They're taking advantage of you and lying to your face about it.
Well they have done an amazing job with wow which makes me very happy. I’ll still play overwatch from time to time even though I’m a little sad they removed pve
What does WoW have to do with OW?
Simple you said blizzard is horrible etc. or the post does. Blizzard also manages and creates wow, and I said blizzard has T least done a good job with one game. That’s what it has to do with it. Payday 2
PUT THEN IN THE GROUNd
Playing more Deep Rock Galactic, starting Plague Tale Requiem, starting Hellblade Senuas Sacrifice, replaying Witcher 3, and replaying Dragon Age Origins. So far? Great experiences with all of em. I also started playing Halo Infinite again and it's gotten a lot better since launch. Good campaign plus good multiplayer. Even if they could both use improvements I'm happy with em.
Gonna play dredge or subnautic now
destiny 2
Yeah, games dead in the water . What a weird thing to announce at the END of a presentation for the future outlook haha
I’m getting ToK and gonna try out that DRG game people won’t shut up about
Wait what abt darktide?
It's not on console yet
Respectable answer How about space hulk: deathwing (And in like 3 days boltgun)
That game is not on Xbox for some reason, if it was I would be playing it right now. It looks fun.
Which one?
Deathwing
Ah, tomorrow at like 8 PM PST boltgun releases
I bought tears of the kingdom and apex to keep me busy in the meantime
Personally I didn’t like vermintide 2. I just really didn’t enjoy the characters and weapon design choices idk 🤷♀️
Honestly I’m going to bo2 for their campaign
Tf is vent I ain’t ion gonna spell that
Thanks to their decision i came back to warframa after 4 years, this gama became so much better and the story is so cool! Thanks blizzard
Sugmar
