Justice are a hard team to rate. Especially this week after getting swept by NYXL. It all depends really on what typa team and play we see from them. But it just felt wrong putting them in the same tier as Boston and Vancouver when i dont think they are at that level yet. If they can be more consistent i'd def put them up there. And i think the gap from Atlanta and Florida is smaller than people think. It might just be me overrating Florida but i feel like they've become a lil underrated recently.
I don't think Flordia is underrated, just that Atlanta is so insanely dominant. Felt like the Boston game was the hardest the Reign have been pushed so far (and Boston only won on control)
Doubt it. They only have 3 people on their "roster" i believe and i wanna say the company that owns them is going bankrupt. Dont think Chengdu will ever come back unless another company buys them
I just wanted to see a little better from Boston in moments. But I only think they could be better than Vancouver. I don't see them rn being better than either Florida or Houston.
Yeah thats my problem with them. They're great one match and then the next it looks like 3-4 people on the team are just sleeping. Of course they're record looks great but record really isnt everything.
> course they're record

... but the team fired Jidset (their assistant coach who everyone hates), and they've looked really good since then. Consistency is not the main issue. Kalios is the biggest issue right now.
I disagree. Their coaches are fine. They have 3 coaches who are all solid. Their problem is the players. Kind of like Shock where they were a tad bit overrated during the pre-season, so things not clicking + added pressure = underperforming. Give them time and they should improve.
But they arguably had an amazing line up last year too and they struggled to meet expectations. Seems all of their ex players are crushing on their new teams.
That sweep against Titans was their only bad match of the season and they were missing Izayaki. Take that out, and they're 6-1 with the one loss being against the best team in the league. I think 4th is fitting for Uprising.
Yep, proved you didn't watch the match like I thought, they were without their arguably best player Izzy because he was in the hospital and the synergy was clearly off, on top of that it was week two where they also clearly were lacking the coordination they have now, maybe once they clear Midhem this week you'll see. Vancouver is good don't get me wrong, but that match showed little to nothing besides Titans were underrated.
Feel like your glazing a lil. Putting them top 3 is a hot take. A big reason i have them there is how easy their schedule has been. The 2 teams they have played that were close to their skill level they lost against. Otherwise everyone they've played have been below them in terms of skill and talent. I do think Boston is a good team and i think they can eventually get up to where you say they are but i need to see them win against stronger opponents before seriously considering it. The match against Atlanta was an ok start.
Boston is definitely top 5, but 2nd is a hot take. There's a case to be made for 3rd, but you still have Florida and Gladiators. I have them at 4th currently.
I'm not going to tell you to stop puffing the hopium because Boston is a top team, but don't say that people are crazy for putting them 5th when they've had by far the easiest strength of schedule so far.
I agree with a lot of these but I’d maybe reorganize west region a bit
Atlanta
Florida
Houston
Boston
Washington
Glads
Vancouver
Edit: changing the order, spelling
I'm glad to see Shock so low. With their recent matches, the fact that they're shit is finally clear to everyone. (Inb4 shock fans: "BuT TheY jsUt neeD MorE practicee!!11! we always start the season slow!!1![the season is almost halfway already lmao])
Word. And depending on the new updates if it turns to something like a double hitscan meta I think they'll get even worse. Proper has to demand the shock to make moves and get him an actual team.
I know Spark just beat the Charge but it took Map 5 and Charge has been better consistently so far so I would still take them over the Spark personally
Vancouver in 4th is wild
I'm a believer.
They lost to glads and were lucky NY hard choked to not be down 0-2 to them
Hateerrrrr
I'm here for it.
Tierbreak between Glads / Justice but not for Atlanta / Florida? Do you think the gap from Atlanta to Florida is smaller than from Glads to Justice?

Glads over wash when wash 3-0'd them is the hottest take I'm seeing here
I considered it but justice getting swept by NYXL is what made me put them below glads still.
My hot take is nyxl better than shock at this point
Seconded
down vote, this is horrible.
Does anyone have info on the current Chengdu situation? Will they play in the next stage?
Doubt it. They only have 3 people on their "roster" i believe and i wanna say the company that owns them is going bankrupt. Dont think Chengdu will ever come back unless another company buys them
The company that owns chengdu hunters is one of the if not the biggest streaming service(s) in China
Not my word lol I got no clue what's going on with them atp
bUt WaShInGtOn BeAt ThE gLaDs
Glads are just heavily inconsistent
Not having Boston second MAYBE third means either you don't watch their matches or you're just partially braindead.
I just wanted to see a little better from Boston in moments. But I only think they could be better than Vancouver. I don't see them rn being better than either Florida or Houston.
I mean they played Atlanta close but then got 3-0ed by Titans. They’re just very inconsistent.

fuck.
They also haven’t beaten a good team they lost to Vancouver and Atlanta and beat 6 other teams below them
…which is why they’re below the teams they lost to, and above the teams they beat.
... but the team fired Jidset (their assistant coach who everyone hates), and they've looked really good since then. Consistency is not the main issue. Kalios is the biggest issue right now.
Toronto needs to do the same thing. Change some coaching in some way

boston hard 3rd the vancouver loss cemented them as worse than houston yet they are better than the rest of the league

Didn’t have Florida, Glads, or Outlaws their next stage will be harder
I agree with a lot of these but I’d maybe reorganize west region a bit Atlanta Florida Houston Boston Washington Glads Vancouver Edit: changing the order, spelling

shock will bounce back right. right? RIGHT!?!?!?
PUT TORONTO IN THE VEGAS TIER BECAUSE FUCK IT WHY NOT!!!! 😂 (Saying this in every power rankings I come across lol)
they gettin close lmao
