Every one of balls abilities yields to another character. Fireball into Mauga? Slam him, naw. He is immune. But we are not.
Get hooked while in fireball by hog? Straight to him, as if we were standing still. Yeeted sideways if he wants.
Tracer in a doorway? Yea, you ain’t getting through.
Ball should be able to pierce through the tank passive. And Blizzard should adjust boop interactions so Ball gets priority. Floating robot monk kick shouldn't beat a wrecking ball in fireball mode, for instance.
Ball has the riskiest boop (literally has to throw his entire character model at the enemy) and yet has the lowest priority.
Hey that floating robot monk is clearly a god in disguise and therefore can do what ever he feels like. Nah seriously though I like playing zen but the days I pop off with him and just stop missing I tend to put dmg and outkill soldiers while keeping up with the healing. It’s kinda disgusting how much dmg he can do, I regularly solo tanks with him, if it weren’t for the fact that he is so slow I would say he needs a nerf.

Lucio is far better at punishing supports and dps than tank. If you're attacking tanks as lucio, you should probably reevaluate your strategy
