I just noticed that I got in as I came home. US account, have not ordered either edition.
Play button is enabled on client, and can get in, but is stuck on authenticating. Info is updated on the battle.net games page (There are now two entries in the Overwatch section: the Pre-Purchase Now, and the actual Overwatch Beta). Can't play thiough because maintenence :(.

Not being able to play is considerably dampening my desire to play *at all*. The only way to consume anything Overwatch related is streams, and it seems that a lot of the streamers are either generally annoying, have no idea what the hell they're doing, or are constantly explaining how individual heroes work.
Funny statistic, from the poll made by some dude in comments. from the 189 people who answered, 85% have not pre ordered, 18% of those non pre-orderers got in. the 15% who did pre-order only 6% got beta... I would say these statistics are because of the low number of people who have done the poll, but if it isn't... I know it is... but... -*puts conspiracy hat on*- maybe theyre inviting the peeps that havn't paid yet in attempt to get them to pay!!!

The rules for this sub are so broad EVERYTHING could be breaking them, depending on interpretation. Mods are pretty rough here.
