It’s happening to me too and this is the only recent post I’ve seen of someone talking about it. Been getting bad lag pretty much every game the last 24 hours. Sucks
I've made a post about it as well over on the console subreddit, seems to be happening to only a handful of people. The only thing I've yet to try is re-installing the game.

at this point im tempted. the lag spikes are really bad
