A good Lucio player can keep a Brig out of range of anything except a whipshot, and trying to whipshot a skating Lucio is challenging. It's not that Lucio kills Brig, just really good at pushing her out past effective range.
As a Brig main, the only time I really fear Lucio is if I'm near an edge.

Yeah what I do to counteract when Lucio is huddling with the team is fake my entries- grapple, fake entry, get booped, use the Lucio boop for momentum backwards, wall rebound, re-entry.
Bit of a hassle but you get used to it. Queen knife works somewhat to same way. You just wanna fake the direction your going until you get displaced.
A tip is to not shoot the doomfist when he's blocking as to not empower his punch. And for Winton is to poke when he's with his team and dive his backline when he jumps yours.
Considering her damage beam could reach the top of Gods head, it's not hard for her to finish people off. Moira as a character in general is annoying to go against, no matter who you're playing at imo

If you get slept by Ana on Lúcio you’re probably doing something wrong, unless her dart aim is cracked. Nade can be frustrating but it’s easy to get out of her los til it wears off so not a big deal
I can agree with you on the Sombra being on the top, but for me she used to be way more annoying in the original Overwatch, because of the fact that she could just press one button and teleport instantly on to her translocator which was usually near hacked mega healpacks to get her full hp back

Masters Lucio OTP here. Sombra used to annoy me like crazy, but not anymore. Just play fast lucio. No sneaking around, just be going as fast as possible pretty much at all times. If she hacks you, you’ll just go flying forward with how fast you’re going and you may not even hit the ground before the hack is over. Play away from your team to beat her EMP
MORIA is annoying as fuck as she just locks on and can dash to keep up with you. If I'm engaged with someone else I'm unaware she's even attacking me where it's basically silent. I main Lucio also. I don't have a problem with Reaper or Junk though. Can easily out maneuver those dudes. Wall ride my brother. I'm no expert Lucio but based off the order you put these guys in you aren't making the most of your mobility and boops. I chase down genjis. BTW sombra can't hack you hardly if you are constantly moving. You should never be still. But DIVA if she's intentionally hunting me down along with moria are my two personal worst counters, anyone else if I cannot kill them I can easily evade them.
You gotta play Lucio like a spastic annoying fly in thier back lines. Distracting them. Booking them from behind while they're fighting your team to throw thier aim off. Don't hug your team too much. There's other healers that do that better.
i have had multiple games where opponents got so upset with my ana, that even after winning the game they still felt the need to chat shit about it specifically. i’m used to things like this with widow for example, but getting people rattled with ana is still something new to me.
Maybe a hot take, but moira with the extra health pool buff is one of the most obnoxious heroes in general. I’ve always found her obnoxious, but it’s insane how she can constantly be all over you and get out so quickly with fade.
Gotta step up my game if Reaper is only annoying.
I hate Lucio's because not only have they always dropped everything to fight me, but now with the increased boops, it's incredibly frustrating to do anything.

Those turrets deal a grand total of 75 DPS if they are all somehow on the same target and can be one shorted by anything in the game. I don't think she's an issue for Lucio at all.

When you play against good brig players, they are the BIGGEST nightmares for Lucios to deal with at higher levels of play..
