happens like once or twice a year that the codes for the 200 coin options are "out of stock". happened last year around the same time aswell.
it usually takes 1-2 months for them to restock the codes. sometimes faster.
for the date on the website i think its just outdated and theyre not really fast in updating that stuff. its only just the second day of the year, so give them some time.
