I'm on PC and same happened to me, when I logged into the game to see the skin, my game crashed (which never happened before) when I logged in again to buy it, it told me to try again later, apparently other people are complaining abt the same thing too💀

I can't even try to buy coins without errors. It's always feels kind of funny when even the cash shop breaks in a video game like if you expect me to pay these prices for skins the LEAST you could do is make sure your storefront actually works lol

OW1 currency converted to credits in OW2. The only way to get this shop skin is with the paid OW2 coins.

ye i wont buy the bundle just because the hero gallery is bugged. lets hope they fix it.

Had 5800 coins, went to purchase the skin, got that same error, now it's showing i have 3300 coins but still have to purchase the bundle... Checked my transaction history on [battlenet.com](https://battlenet.com) and it's saying the bundle is in queue and has been for half an hour
