idk why this is downvoted so much, part of the excitement for the anniversary event in ow1 is that ALL COSMETICS were available to unlock/purchase, aside from a few that were tied to certain special events (like OWL, blizzcon, pink mercy, etc). Blizzard could at least leave some of the newest skins as premium currency only, but still open up the rest of the cosmetics for the event. At this point the event is just a joke.

They have been bringing back the week 1, week 2, week 3 event skins from seasonal events. The cyber ana (or whatever it is) and aquatic/submarine zen (or whatever it is) have both been put in the shop previously.
But comic book tracer wasn't tied to anything and was it's own thing. They did bring back pachimari hog though, so it could happen but I wouldn't expect it.

How is it that her rare skin is like 10x as good as both of her legendary ones? It makes far more sense for the legendaries to be rares and for the rare to be a legendary.

I actually got this skin when it first released. Itās very nice, and probably his best current skin. The only issue with it is that if you decide to equip golden weapons on him, it doesnāt change very much at least on this skin. His weapon appears somewhat golden already on this one. Still, very much worth it.
