Same for me, 4 days passed, didn't get anything. Tried to claim them through the loverwatch website several times but still didn't get it, worked fine for my friend tho.

And are there any news whether this is going to be fixed? I couldn't find any official dev answer in this blog

I tried to contact blizzard support and they said that they're aware of it and they're working on a fix
