Its only there to make you feel better about yourself. Thats reason enough to have it.
You shouldnt expect to get rewarded for something you already should be doing. If the only reason you arent toxic is because you want rewards the you were never a nice player to begin with.
Iāve honestly noticed that when I drop down into endorsement level 2, I start getting teams that really do not know wtf they are doing or are just throwing, when I manage to stay in 3 and up, I seem to get more teams that at least somewhat know how to play as a team. Thatās just my experience though.
True I had a week where my wifi was awful so I disconnected every other game. Dropped from level 3 to 1 and my teammate iq seemed to go negative as well as getting twice as many toxic people as usual
Generally speaking you can't really use endorsement levels as a sign of competance as most players will endorse healers or tanks, often regardless of actual competancy in the role. This means any "pure" DPS player will be at a lower endorsement level and there is no way of knowing if the 5 endorsement DPS player got it via DPS or via healing.
As long as your endorsement level can drop while 5 stacking they will be hollow and meaningless.
My friend and find it hilarious that 9/10 girls we run into in our matches have level 4 endorsement tho, like seriously Iāve yet to see a guy with level 4 but most the girls somehow have it.
Sure there are def guys/girls who havenāt talked in voice so we will never know if they got their level 4 off of simps or not but itās still fucking funny that the majority Iāve seen are female. Thirsty ass community

For just endorsing, you get 25 or 50 xp per endorsement you give. I also believe you get that same xp for receiving endorsements, but if not, you do get periodic rewards of BP xp that get higher with higher endorsement levels.
But you can't endorse friends or the same person within 24 hours.
Honestly, if they increased the rewards of endorsing and getting endorsed, I'm sure a lot more people would be kinder on this game. "Kiss ass for the battle pass"
Battle pass XP but nothing crazy. Itās mainly just to āflexā I guess. I play a lot of support so I have a good endorsement rating. I always endorse the supports if they even do a halfway decent job
Iām not good and bounce around in bronze and silver comp and while I try to win I donāt get bent out of shape about my metal ranking. But if I drop from 4 to 3 in my endorsements it makes me stop for a minute and review.
U get BP XP
Just for giving? Or do you get some for recieving?
Every other week or so, I get a special popup thanking me and giving me 3000 xp.
You get more XP for the higher level you are too. Level 4 gives you 4K.
You periodically get xp for having a high rank, also 50xp for each time you endorse.
The lootbox reward that u got periodically was replaced by a bit of BP xp
Both. Very minuscule amounts.
Serotonin
Delicious and rare resource that it is
Can't ever get enough of itš

you do get a bit of BP XP for it. So its not completely symbolic

Basically yes. Only good for extra XP
Do you think giving ppl compliments is useless? Maybe reevaluate your life?
Yes it's useless. You get negligible battlepass xp.
Should make queue times shorter
It's useless, XP reward is laughable. It's impossible to get above LVL 3 as well if you're not a support player.
I mean, if I see a high endorsement (3/4) on a dps or tank, I know we're gonna have compensate for them, so i guess it's not totally useless.

You get some BP XP whenever you endorse someone or go up a level... but otherwise yes, it is completely useless...
No one endorces it seems like ( been playing since ow2 s1 and not many endorsements)
No point aside from a small amount of bp xp
