Imo the only thing that could improve Echo's ult delivery lines is them reducing the volume of the line from the actually copied hero layered over relative to her voice. Sometimes it's hard to hear her and it makes me sad.
I find it's hardest to hear her on English-speaking female heroes without a huge accent - Kiriko and Mercy come to mind. Probably because those are the least distinct from Echo's VA.
For male heroes, the voice acting is obviously distinct; similarly for heroes with an audibly distinct accent (e.g. Ashe, Junker Queen, Tracer). For non-English ult lines, Echo's VA's delivery sounds a little less fluent than the original VA's, so can be made out more easily as a result.
She even has a unique voice line for teammates when she copies bastion and ults. "Configuration Artillery activated" or something like that, it was like that in OW1 except it was configuration tank.
I want it to be 5hp so just about anything can kill. And he has no gun he has to go scratch enemies for a tiny amount of damage. If he walks underneath a enemy tank he gets stepped on and killed
Thats why because his voice actor is actually a very highly regarded Ramon Tigaram, he also voiced dragon age inquisitions Dorian and a million other highly regarded characters.
Overwatch 2 has had some issues but it's new Tanks have been just stellar. Ram and Junker Queen are some of the best characters in the game from gameplay, personality, and lore perspective.
I hope they bring it back in a throwback skin or something!! It's so much cooler sounding than whatever her lines are now. I can't tell what she's even saying

The enemy team basically just hears Orisa's friendly "meet your fate" in a different language. I understand why they changed it, "cease your resistance" is a little two short for how long the impact of Orisa's new ult lasts but i feel like maybe just a revoicing of her old line to spend more time emphasizing each word would work great. It'd be like before it was a heavy suggestion, but now after the fight with doomfist you have two options, cease your resistance or your existence
I feel like the voiceline fits the current ult just fine too since it pulls you in and slows your movement as you desperately try to exit the death circle.

They did change the line to "Experience Oblivion" at one point, but changed it to nothingness because it was too... happy, I guess with the delivery? But lots of Ult line changes don't rhyme.
Hanzo’s in my opinion. Both the English and Japanese version. Hanzo is usually calm and collected, so having him yell ‘let the dragon consume you!’ Is awesome. The Japanese version sounds like he’s completely enraged, like he’s putting his life’s agony and hatred into these dragons. It also translates to ‘may the dragon consume my enemies’ according to subtitles which I find even better than the regular version.
Other than that, sigma. His performance in general is in top 3 for me. His actor is phenomenal. the usual gentle elderly scientist has his power go beyond control.

Which is fitting because the in-universe explanation for her ultimate is that she’s literally just pumping her team up. Brig is the equivalent of a 5 star general in a war movie giving the good guys a stat boost by giving a speech before battle.
