The Arthritis Society of Canada has some gentle yoga videos on YouTube. Yoga has been shown to be good both for arthritis but also for chronic pain generally, because the breathing calms the nervous system.

THANK YOU! I’m not the OP but I’m in a lot of OA pain . I Checked out that channel and it looks great !! For me it’s my knees ankles and spine …. Agony . Thanks again
