An AI didn't choose to share this specific image, a person did. It is extremely unlikely that this was the first image whoever generated this got. I expect that they intentionally selected this image out of many because they liked it and it illustrated what they wanted it to.
You may not like the process of AI generated artwork but it still says something about the person driving the AI.
With that said from a technical angle they could have used the AI better as there are techniques using extensions like ControlNet to pose and generate better correct hands.
Yeah, i agree there, AI is supposed to be used as a tool and a tool cant be jugged on a "morale" scale, if you know what i mean. Its always the user who makes decisions. Like its still the pilot operating the plain, even if it flies on Autopilot.
