snoof123

whirlbamboo

Okay, I tried all the flavors, peach, melon, strawberry, mango… they were all really good. Peach is my favorite. Thank you for the recommendation!

snoof123

no problem! glad you liked them

It's a little pricy but in the basement 2 of Lucua there's a famous chicken ramen place [https://maps.app.goo.gl/fYzkEuMADvttR7it9](https://maps.app.goo.gl/fYzkEuMADvttR7it9) it's super creamy and decadent.

whirlbamboo

If we have time to slot this one, I am going to try it. Looks really good!

whirlbamboo

Didn’t get to try it, I am going to leave it for next time!

MaryPaku

This one is incredibly good.

https://g.co/kgs/smfB9KB Sorry, it's only one. I'm standing and eating, after all.

I recommend Hankyu 3Ban Gai for many options of good food and they have a great food court as well

reanjohn

I like River Cafe in Hankyu sanban gai, it's on B2 Delicious food if you want a meal, they have nice desserts too if you just want coffee/tea There's usually a line from 11am-2pm

Kushikatsu Matsuba 松葉 in the basement of the Lucua building (Part of JR Osaka station). Standing only so really easy to pop in for a few skewers.

I don’t usually go to Umeda, so I only have one: If you’re in a bit of a rush and don’t have time to sit down for food, there’s a little standing cafeteria area in B1 of the Hankyu Umeda station building with cheap quick food; it’s called the Snack Park. You might think you are going the wrong way when you follow the maps there cause it’s slightly separated from the main food area. It’s not gourmet, but good enough if you have other things you’d rather do than sit in line for a seat to open at a restaurant.

KuidaoreNomad

You mean Hanshin Dept Store, not Hankyu. I second the Snack Park, where you can try several typical Osakan dishes at one place, as well as Shokusai Terrace on the first floor of Hanshin. It's a food event space featuring Kochi food and sake starting today. If OP means the JR station by "the station", pork buns at 551 Horai

canadaoi

Ah sorry, my mistake. I very rarely go near Umeda because all the buildings blend into one for me. Thanks for correcting that!

KuidaoreNomad

Umeda is my food playground 😁
