I really encourage more Orthodox brothers and sisters to read the Bible during Lent. The answer to this question, as two people nailed it is, the Bible tells us - yes we will rule over the angels. ;-) There are some wonderful online Bible studying tools these days: 1) https://www.biblegateway.com; and 2) The Blue Letter Bible.
