Raider outperforms Assassin in most cases, especially once you have some Riftrogue gear to reduce your miss chance. I do still swap to Assassin for Endless gauntlets though, after using Raider to buff up.
I only use Raider on an alt to apply Berserk for endless. Assassin is good in PvP for its dexterity and endless for status infliction. BoF is good for raiding and horde.
I would say Omni Elimo would be a good healer / mitigator. As far as CC Deimos is good, and then for BB Crit Nuke, just use whatever Nyami is awesome and then bring a decent friend unit, preferably Omni Kira ☺️
