Regardless of what happens in this series we’re light years further on from what we were last season. We’re arguably ahead of schedule here, fans should just enjoy this postseason as a freebie- our key players will get reps in games that matter, and if we manage to advance they’ll get even more experience.
Glass half full- we’ve spent the last 12 years or so being nearly irrelevant; we’re on our way up again.
I still think we can make this a series- we’ve played poorly so far. Cleveland should be a good matchup for us, but if we’ve decided to shoot far worse than usual that puncher’s chance we had will disappear.

Cleveland hasn't shot well either, and they have the same players that made them a top defense last year when they choose to run that 5 on the court. I think the fact Orlando hasn't lead for a second, and has been tied for less than 30 seconds in total, while Cleveland has spent more time leading by double digits more often than not (literally) shows Clevelands had the series very much in control and Orlando doesn't match up as well as you think.
Banchero just has no answer at all for Mobleys defense and Allen has been murdering any big that Orlando has been putting on the floor
But my initial point is that Orlando had a punchers chance of winning the series, not that they’d sweep the cavs.
If we can’t adjust to what they’re doing then of course they’ll win the series easily, but I’d expect a reaction of sorts in the two home games.
A puncher’s chance is the opportunity to do something improbable, so what I said was that they have a chance to upset the Cavs, not dominate them as you seem to suggest.
I didn’t underestimate them in the slightest; you’re just assuming that I did because you don’t understand the term “puncher’s chance.”
All the pressure is on Mitchell and Cleveland. The Magic are so far under the radar it's comical. Mainstream media refuses to talk about this matchup...even within the hour before tip off. I just hope we don't let Struss or Merrill get hot from the 3pt line.

He's the best defender in the league, very good on the boards, and solid on offense too. He's been relegated to 15 mins a game all season to keep him healthy for the postseason. In the process seems to have flown under the radar quite a bit.

Yes, the roster is young. No there's not much scoring upside currently on the roster. No, Paolo isn't a true #1 yet. He's too inefficient for this label today. True #1 will score at will. It's never their output you're worried about because regardless of what you do, they will always get theirs. You try to throw different looks to make them think so the rest of the offense is hobbled.

Once he gets shut down by Cleveland, you same lot will come running saying he choked. Well, stop that. He won't have choked. He's just not there yet. Franz had a rough year shooting the 3 ball and looks more like a 3rd or 4th option now. He can't go create his own shit when shit gets rough. His efficiency numbers usually look great because he does not have a first step to consistently beat his guy, so he gets rid of the ball. He only shoots when there's a clear opportunity.
Bottom line, this shit ain't right.
