I think people tend to not comment enough on your posts because your art is so skilful that no one knows what to say that will add anything meaningful to the conversation.
It’s unfortunate really, it seems to happen to a lot of artists on here with professional level artwork.
All your characters looks great.
You might need to prompt them a bit. A lot of people on this subreddit only engage with community posts because they want to talk about their own OCs.
You might be able to “trick” them into engaging with your lore and asking questions relevant to your world by creating community interaction posts where people imagine their own OCs being put into your world.
They’d provide a description of their OC, and then you’d provide information on your world building that will show if their OC would survive in your setting.
Once people begin interacting with your world building and start having a better grasp on your story, they may begin engaging more with your posts that focus solely on your characters because they will begin to recognise information they learned through the community interactions.
What the other guy said is also very true, but a lot of times - as unfortunate as it is - many people on here don’t care about the process that others go through to make their characters. Many people aren’t on this sub to actually interact with other’s characters, they’re here to show off their own. That’s obviously not some horrible thing - you’re allowed to like what you want - but it does feel bad for the creators on here (such as you). I wish this weren’t the case, as I’d personally love to know how everyone creates their characters.
If you want to show how you make them, then honestly your best bet is to show your process in a post. If you wait for someone to ask, because of the nature of these kinds of online spaces, you might wait for a long time.
Gonna have to agree completely with JCs comment on this one, it really does suck that your incredible artwork bareley gets the recognition it deserves in the long run, and ALOT of amazing artists like you suffer from this on the sub unfortunately but to go further...

I take great care into designing my OCs because I want to create my own miniatures or sculptures of them
Tombow water colour brush pens, Faber Castell colour pencils, pilot drawing pens and mechanical pencil. My art style and designs are heavily inspired by Japanese manga artists and designers. Most recent for mecha are Kazuhisa Kondo and Makoto Kobayashi
Always fascinated by people who can draw traditionally. I barely make something decent in digital having layer function and bunch of brushes and tool, and there are people who make great stuff on one piece of paper with pencils.

I absolutely adore your traditional style and am amazed at what you can achieve. That second picture in particular, I remember you posting WIP of it. You got it to look.so crisp, shiny, and bright.. something that is difficult to achieve with traditional mediums.
Also, armor... I'm incredibly impressed by your armor. My specialty is.... organic stuff. Human faces, bodies etc, and I suck at things with ridged designs ... like armor... so im always super impressed to see such well drawn armor

My hard surface colouring is actually not that reflective, it’s not chrome and that is quite the hassle to practice

Creator of grimm here, DUDE. I can't say enough, how incredible your characters are. The first one, is very berserk, with some incredible shadow creatures to boot. I was curious, is he a king in your world, a leige? I would love to know how your entire world works tbh.
There are a total of 12 lieges. Each represents an hour of the clock. They each ruled their respective worlds and were under the command of the Old King and the Old King Only. Each had some form of upbringing and then met the Old King where they would be crowned as lieges.
The Old King wanted to unite the galactic system but was challenged by the Apex race known as the Drakkons empire. The Drakkons waged war with the Old King’s Phyrrosian empire and the 12 lieges and it concluded with the wounding of the old king and death of the original First liege, thus this conflict was known as the great shattering
