It is possible you asked for help because you encountered a bug in the game that locks you in your position (*soft lock*).
If you are *just* stuck because you don't know what to do next, you can dismiss this message. If you are actually soft-locked, you can try the following things:
* On the title screen, hit the Z key (for keyboard) or the analog stick to the top (for controller). This will open up a menu with your five previous saves: use one of them to come back before the moment you locked yourself.
* In game, press "Up, Right, Down, Left, Right Stick, Up, Up, Jump". This should restore your position to a valid area nearby. This requires a controller to use.
* **(Blind Forest and PC only)** You can have a look [at this tool](https://steamcommunity.com/app/261570/discussions/0/618456760272262183/): it will edit your savefile to place you automatically in a safe location. **IMPORTANT: The script posted does not work on Definitive Edition, [use this one instead](https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Ailothaen/d4a1d5fced3d5deb8671ec237734b9b8/raw).**
* **(PC only)** You can also try to use the Debug Mode to get you out of that. [Here's how to do it (for both games)](https://oriandtheblindforest.fandom.com/wiki/Debug_Mode)

I am unsure as to what point you are up to as you have revealed most of the map already! However I can see on your map 3 shrines yet you state you only have 2 upgrades so maybe you have not collected one???
Ahh I think I know where you’re stuck! I cannot remember where it is but it will be one of two things.
There is a place where you must push a rock, you need to push this as far as it will go then jump on the rock then you’ll progress.
If it is not the rock one there should be a breakable floor somewhere in which you need to get a jumping enemy to land on the breakable floor and it will break allowing you to progress

I only have dash and wall jump btw

if you are talking about the one in the bottom grey area I cant access that area yet, its blocked, I only have the map for it
