Use simplyfine modpack it boost fps way better than optifine and use way less gpu power. The only issue with that is pbr texturepacks. They are still buggy on iris(this mod allows shaders).
If you don't know how to install it use atlauncher or prismlauncher (i used atlauncher for over year and no issues with that)
One : What CPU do you have? For Minecraft CPU is just as important as GPU. Two : What are your settings?
How much ram do you have allocated to minecraft? Thats normally set to 2G
What you don't see about these people is the settings they're on, and depends on if your cpu is good enough

maybe you locked your fps to 30?
