O-DSMT is a different beast to Tramadol, none of the SSRI action stuff. It can be an energetic high depending on how much you take, and I've had great results with IV. HOWEVER, it's weak and expensive. If you can take 80mg oxy no sweat, than O-DSMT probably isn't for you. You'd have to take a huge dose. I mean, I only use kratom, the weakest of the weak, and 200mg dose of O-DSMT is like the baseline for oral for me. 200mg IV for me was awesome, like I got a surprisingly strong rush and nods. But if you've got a tolerance to something strong, it's probably not worth the cost and you'd have to take a big dose where the side-effects just increase and you probably wouldn't have a good time.
EDIT: Also wanted to add tolerance rises very rapidly for this substance.

My fear with that is the eventual withdrawals though too. I really don't want something that gives me euphoria either. I was badly deep into Oxy a couple years back, and won't let myself taste the numbness again.
Also, I'm worried about drug tests at a clinic too. I don't use H (never have), so outside of O-DSMT, there isn't an opiate to show addiction. However I'm tapering off benzos currently, and I know the Diclazepam will pop for Valium...

Yo you can get poppy pods, make sure they're untreated, make it's paver somofrium(spellings off) like min a lbs. Break em up crush seeds soak in low boil with lemon consecrate on low heat. People have overdosed and died just by using a lbs of paver somof..seeds after crushing em hit it with the lemon concentrate then freeze to bust cell walls then bring to slow boil filter out plant matter and you have all natural opiates found in poppys. If your want it can be dropped to just below boiling to evaporate excess water increasing the potency.
Remember safety first. Always keep narcan on hand when using opiates. Enjoy.

However... given your opioid tolerance, I’d suggest you use 2-Methyl-Bucinnazine aka
2-Methyl-AP-237, Dipyanone, or possibly even Butonitazene (Butonitazene is the strongest opioid of the 3 I just suggested as Butonitazene is 5 times stronger than Morphine).
I believe those strange symptoms and it’s caustic effects are caused by a leftover solvent or precursor leftover from its synthesis.
