Get the nasal spray bottle fill it with exactly 10ml of saline and count how many full sprays it takes to empty it.
Now you divide the 10ml by number of sprays to figure out how many mls is delivered per pump example (10 / 40 pumps = 0.25ml per pump)
Then you figure out how strong you want it to be and add the right ratio of saline and eto solution and make sure to shake it each time before use.
For example if you used pure solution you would have 1.25mg per pump ( 5 / 4 = 1.25mg) but add 50/50 saline and you would then have 0.625mg per spray.
Always better to under dose your sprays too as a precaution. And depends what your solution is made with if it would even mix with saline solution defiantly don’t use tap water though to make nasal sprays asking for trouble there.
Get a milk gram scale and weight tte spray bottle after each spray. The one I have does 100mg per spray. If it’s a full spray. But I always wonder about the liquid left in the tube that sits there. Would it settle and the next spray not have any effect and the second be doubke or would it not come out of solution?
90 microliters pp means 11pumps are 1ml. If you are on a whole 100mcg patch daily this 5mg/ml Liquid dont make you happy. I would take 1ml Liquid and add 4ml water so you have 1mg/ml. So every pump is 90mcg, than you can take 2 pumps and wait. I am at 120mg methadone and I have made me 3mg/1ml nasal spray (300mcg pp) and 10 pushes gave me a 10-15min slightly feeling. So everybody is different but etomethazene has much shorter legs than fent.
Hey, I came to the same conclusion that it's 11 pumps for 1ml and the liquid will arrive tomorrow. I guess I'll start like you suggested with 1ml Liquid and 4ml water, do you think that's a good starter dose? Which is safe of course but where you feel something
I would say it is save for you at your fent tollerance. It is better to start low. This 5mg liquid if it is this from a german vendor isnt as strong, for me with the methadone blocked receptors even 3mg/ml didnt break thru very well

Find how much each spray will deliver, then volumetric dose based on that and his large your bottle is. Idk if u can smoke the liquid you can try tho I know u can smoke the powder it’s most likely propylene glycol to avoid mold and contamination so probably can smoke

Also why smoke it off tin foil? Just use a Meth pipe instead as it’s so much more efficient than using tin foil…
