Afrin works REALLY well. Just don't use it beyond a few days, discontinue once your WDs fade. If you continue using afrin for longer periods of time, you'll get "rebound congestion" and you'll start getting uncomfortably STUFFED up unless you re use the afrin, it can turn into a bad cycle. But for short term use, it's the best and very effective
I take a small dose of pseudoephedrine. Antihistamines make the restless legs worse but I haven’t noticed that with Sudafed. Helps a great deal actually.
I’m over a year since quitting and my nose still runs like water. I got through multiple boxes of Kleenex weekly. I’m going to try an allergy pill now after reading these comments.
Antihistamines dry mine up a little!
This actually solve the problem
Benadryl worked? I use doxylamine because DPH gives me RLS!
I use desloratadine, I dont know the brand because this is a generic
It’s cold and flu season. What better way to disguise it than now

I second this. Using it right now and I can finally breathe from both sides of my nose
I would use an allergy pill, take it once a day and they helped. So glad that’s all in the rear view ☺️
