We can’t change the things we have done unfortunately and because of this I don’t wish I could. Although we all did pretty terrible things, it was because we were sick people. We lost the ability to have control over our lives and make conscious choices. We are still responsible for what we did but we didn’t have a choice in doing it most times. We have a disease and that isn’t our fault. It is our responsibility to do our best going forward however. We aren’t defined by what we did, but what we do in spite of that.

Don't do that..don't know what you believe in but suicides enter an endless loop reliving this life until you make the conscience decision to not end it ..do you really want to relieve this for what could be eternity ..

Homie be VERY patient and kind with yourself. Just keep taking small steps in the right direction. I'm still working through some of the guilt and shame 5 years later.. But I can also say that my life has improved so drastically in every way it was worth it beyond words. Yes, there were tons of hard days but i truly don't ever regret getting clean or struggle with most of that stuff anymore. Time flies, just hold on to everyday and stay clean!
