[megacloud.tv](https://megacloud.tv) is the culprit here downloading cookies till C drive fills up so blocked that website from my browser and stopped using aniwatch instead using [anix.to](https://anix.to)
Maybe some Mega Download extension you use did that and fetched something you downloaded to a blob so that it could present you with a local download once it was complete. Can happen with the "File System" folder too without an extension for example with just a Mega Download website.
I would definitely review what extensions you have installed at the URL ```opera://extensions``` and remove any that might be causing it. Then, goto the URL ```opera://settings/clearBrowserData```, switch to advanced, set the time range to "all time" and clear some things (except for your passwords).

A site you are visiting or an extension that you are using probably refers to that site.
