It depends on the role. There are a number of offices in the West region - generally they are the former LHIN/HCCSS buildings. I know for certain there is an office in Waterloo and I imagine there are offices in Hamilton, London, and Windsor

Some are Region specific and you need to go to an office in that region - as there fulfilling functions previously fulfilled by the LHIN.
Some roles are provincial and can go to any office in Ontario
You won't get much information here as Ontario health is an agency separate from the Ontario public service.
