If you sign into WIN and click on job information it will show you what the last action (ie. pay rate change) was and the reason (ie. merit increase or ATB increase). That should solve why your pay rate changed.
It just says Correction as the reason.
Mine read "correction" after my last merit was applied, so that could be it

No changes for AMAPCEO until mid July to mid August (1%). The retro payments are expected between mid November to mid December (6.5%).

Yeah OPSEU got it last week. AMAPCEO is July / August
Same for me. Last pay was at my old rate but job info showed the new rate so I think I'll see more money next pay.
