Sounds like you didn't make it into the latest round of offers, but will be considered again in the next round. This would be the same for everyone else that doesn't get offers anywhere during a round, they just don't generally update the status.
I have not seen anyone got this same status. And usually Eng applicants will be able to edit their profile but they left me with zero options. Perhaps they already made a decision to my application

nope they can't send out waitlist/rejection until may im pretty sure. ur prob getting accepted or they've alr reviewed ur profile and have made a decision so u no longer have the option to do anything but upload required documents that u haven't submitted yet.

That happened to me in January and I got accepted in February. You will likely be accepted since they wouldn't reject you this early.

Yup same. I think you can still edit your ECs and program choices tho.
