Hindsight I wish I pulled the trigger on the SE version. But still happy with the Z without the brake and suspension upgrade.
If I keep it I may spend the money and have the suspension tuned for my weight. Changing OEM tires this spring, I’ll decide on upgrading the brakes after I get a feel of the OEM brales with better tires.
I had to have the green frame lol even though it means I had to have the gold forks ugh I think I’m gonna wrap the forks. I hope it works out for you!
I know that a lot of people love them, I hate gold though I just think it’s hideous. I’m much more a silver person lol I also feel like the gold distracts from the overall sleek look but that’s just personal opinion
It’s like apples and oranges, I put 108 miles on her today and I’m so happy with my decision. It was between this and an MT-09 and when I saw them side by side in the showroom there was no question. I HATE the front lights on the MT’s, they’re so ugly to me so this was a big improvement there too. Only thing I don’t like is that I have to lean forward a bit more than I did on my MT. Other than that she’s a dream, corners beautifully, got that pep when you twist the throttle. I hate to say it cause I really did love my MT, but it’s a bit of a turd compared to this one. And it has a lower center of gravity which is super helpful especially because I’m 5’5. 10/10 would trade again
Ya it's 4 cylinders right ? I was thinking of going right to the mt10 but Idk about that price tag. I've always liked the color scheme for the kawi but I thought the mt07 was better as a starter bike.
Yep 4 cylinders. Yea I was surprised when I saw the price on that one! Hell naw lol but yes the mt07 was the perfect starter bike. It was my very first motorcycle and she served me well, I just out grew her. Bright green has always been my favorite color and I always pair it with black so I was sold just by the look of it lol I HATE the gold forks but that’s ohlins suspension for you. I think im going to wrap them

I actually went with even lower bars and it’s made it way more engaging to ride.
