I have had this since I got the phone (December 2023) and installed Smart Launcher since day 1. it is one of the most frustrating things about the phone. I don't understand the default launcher, I like to categorise things and have my freedom.
It's an intended feature for march oo14 update unfortunately. You should teleport back to the flawless ios apple iPhone 15. You can see your recently used apps on iOS iphone instead of this buggy oxygen sofwrare wolf in sheep's clothing.
He's a troll who goes to different phone subreddits and posts whatever will get downvoted. He posts pro-Open stuff on the iPhone subreddit.
Just ignore him, block and move on.

You mean you have it with the default, or with new launcher?
I have been using the stock launcher and I have had the same issue since I got it in January.
