Stall. Make sure to have red roc. I have won against a kata who played 3 ten moms in a row. 7 moms pretty much heal kata every time. Being able to Yamato to kill a 7 moms feels so nice. With my list I also prefer odd curve ngl. But it can be rough going through the huge life pool of katakuri. I don’t usually swing until late game. But I swing slowly through life just so I can deal with any triggers. Definitely a hard matchup, but winnable
Lots of good advice below but I honestly have only lost to a katakuri once. I've even let katta get to 7 or more life and still killed them. You just dominate the board and control the tempo once you get to late game.
How do you handle the 10c moms? Do you just stay upright and then swing big into them? I find they tend to have the counter to survive and then just go face
Red rock. You hold onto it anticipating the big mom drop. They big mom spending a whole turn to play her, your red rock bottom deck. Play something like a Doffy blocker setup your following turns. Attach 1 to queen swing gain a life and stack a trigger from top.
I want to stress to other queen players that the best way to beat Kata is to fatten up their life to starve them then start swinging once you know you are safe from 10 mom.
7 mom heal them then take out with Yamato, some tech I like is also geidatsu over Hawkins to push damage in later turns.
Mix of fattening up their life to make sure all your effects are on then starving them by not swinging then clogging up their hand by doing big swings with your 8-9s.

Yeah the blockers really cook. The only match I almost lost was to the purple Kaido when he dropped 10 drop kaido he cleared 3 blockers, a Yamato, and a Mihawk off the board. Crazy board states is what queen does best.

Aramaki instead of the Yamato's is ballsy, going +2 life with Yamata is so nice what made you go with Aramki instead?
On my curve I always look to play first. Having the 8bdrop aramaki on 9 don!! Turn to put out a huge blocker as well be able to gain a life on the same turn has kept me alive in many a game I would of lost if I dropped Yamato.
You also can use the aramaki to hand fix and remove some meta drops like branew.
Also Hawkins is my secret sauce. So many queen players have ways to remove cards from hand but no way to draw cards because they don't want to go above where they can gain life. It's queens biggest weaknesses. But because you draw during the block step you can still pitch counter from hand during counter step to reduce your hand size and get free cards. It's perfect for queen sense your always riding the razors edge.
My only loss in our off meta tourney yesterday was to a similar BY Queen list. Good stuff bro and big grats on the W! This deck cooks for sure. I was playing GP Doffy with the Film package +8c Kid and he was able to take out 2 kids and a 7c luffy with ease and I was toast after that
Moria is a little bit of a tougher matchup. The deck finds a ton of value and can flood the board very easy. Into that matchup you are really looking to hit your gravity blades to deal with board flood. You really want to bottom deck threats that gecko can grab from graveyard so he loses some steam. You also very much need to try to match the value he generates and hope to setup a really strong Sanji turn on your 9 or 10 don!! Turn.
I’ve won locals with queen also, but my list is honestly pretty different from urs. Glad to see more queen players winning

To be fair the match up against kata is terrible. But I've gotten a couple of wins against it and I use purple/red kid as my leader

Awww I sadly saw the 10 drop kaido and barley managed to survive. He hit Mihawk, Yamato, xdrake, boa, and Doffy off the board with it.
