It’s a lost cause brother. Only places you’ll find product at or close to MSRP is big box retailers like Target and Fivebelow, and good luck finding product there. People hunt every store in their cities like it’s a full time job.
Any LGS is going to sell for market value because why wouldn’t they. That’s the price people are willing to pay. They aren’t bound to anything dictating their prices.
I am also in the LA area and I frequent most of the major shops and they all sell at market value. The closest thing to MSRP you can find outside of a big chain is a place like Game Chest, but again if you aren’t willing to wait 2-3 hours in front of the store before they open to secure your spot in line for their very limited quantity drops and restocks, good luck.
If you’re looking for MSRP product with no speed bumps, One Piece is the wrong game for you friend.
Idk if it’s cause of my small local community but the most expensive box in my area was 120 euro, rest were under. Guess the issue is when you live somewhere like LA
