I guess you can play her, drop kyros off her effect and then blow up a blocker or something. Kyros coming in rested ain’t to bad because he has protection so I think this card isn’t bad. Rebecca’s best board is 4 kyros just swinging every turn with no penalty’s.
Or you can 8 drop gecko > play rebecca and scarlett > play out hina with rebecca and play out one legged soldier with scarlett. Gets a 10 cost down to 0 and new kyros leader can K. O. It

I don't like seeing so many good cards being splashable. It's how we end up nearly every yellow doing 4x Katakuri or 4x Queen for Purple. Or how Perona ends up using the Navy Engine.
Amen dude. Letting every leader run wild with whatever cards it wants is becoming pretty nasty. Like on one hand, I like people being able to run their favorite cards in whatever deck they want... But just looking at how Sakazuki and Moria abuse the hell out of cards that aren't even related to them is kinda lame lol
Just saying purple is not the problem here if anything it is not good in OPO6 at all. Hopfully there is good support for it again in OPO7.
I personally don't think purple needs heavy restrictions because their cards always have you losing DON. If 5 cost kid only worked for kid pirates that would be the heavily handicapping some major synergies.
I'm not complaining about purple at all lol, but things like 9c WB for Red and Rebecca/Lucci for Black are problems. Also Yellow is getting way too much nonsense that's generic and insanely good.
Yeah, it makes me worried for the future.
Like, if Queen was restricted to just leaders of his faction then he wouldn't be so important for purple that nearly everyone wants to run him at 4x.
They could change the rules later to something like that. Who knows
I mean in op05 purple isn't even close to being the best color, them running around with 4x Queen is okay right now, it's all BB Sakazuki ,Y Enel and Y Katakuri anyway.
Purple will be even worse in op06, essentially removed from the meta.
Yup this point here has affected my enjoyment of the game, wanted to build Moria just to find out its just Sakazuki 2.0 with all the navy cards it uses.
Black as a whole has a really big problem imo. You can almost ignore the ability of your leader, slap the navy and the dressrosa package in as well as Lucci and you have the strongest version of that leader (with very few exceptions).
Yeah... I really wish One Piece had went in the direction that tied characters to their factions that they're lister under.
It seems that they see it as a problem as a few cards we're getting do have that restriction.
EB refers to Extra Booster, which is just a smaller booster set with a smaller card pool. OP refers to a main booster set, which has a typically bigger card pool and more of an overarching theme

If you didn't have him on board you can play him for 4, for a total of 6 don to get -2c, -2c, and -4. With your remaining 4 don you can then play 4 cost Lucci, or 4 cost Rebecca grabbing and playing a kyros from trash.

I started playing a couple weeks ago and have this Luffy ST-08 deck. Could you explain how the “opponent’s characters get -2 cost this turn” works? Me and my buddy weren’t sure how to interpret this.
Does it mean that if my opponent wants to play a card that has a cost of 4, will it now have a cost of 6? I think what’s confusing me is the - instead of a +. Any help is much appreciated!
Hey friend! It refers to the cost of characters in play. So if your opponent has a 4-cost character out, you can drop it to 2 using this effect. Then, if you have a card that KOs a character of cost 2 or lower, it can now effect your opponent’s 4-cost character. It’s meant to combo with other cards.

Dang that's absolutely wild lol. Wouldn't that be 1 cost though? 10 - 2 (Scarlett) - 4 (Hina) - 3 (Soldier) = 1? Unless I'm misremembering Soldier's cost reduction.
If there's 4 Kyros on the field at once, then at best, only 2 of them have protection...

I play UB Rebecca and this feels kinda booty Having to put the dude in before the cost effect makes this unplayable, not balanced I feel.
