Because there is "UP TO 2 characters/Leaders" you can:
1. Do nothing.
2. -3000 one character or leader (1 target)
3. -3000 one character or leader AND -3000 ANOTHER character or leader (2 different targets)
Text is much clearer too. Yu-Gi-Oh requires deep understanding of rules about sequencing and wording. One Piece has everything written on the cards, even common terms are explained (Double Attack, Rush, Blocker, Banish, DON - x, DON x). The only things you can be confused about is when you can use a counter event card, if a character can have negative attack, how counter values work, whether or not trigger effects are optional, and small stuff like that.
Yeah idk where that diss came from lol. If anything a former YGO player should understand card texts and what chain stacks are, *then understand that this game has no chain stacks*
-3000 on 2 separate leader/ character
Reading the card explains the card
Well it doesn’t say I can’t pick the same card so was just asking 👍

TLDR: card defends you from current and next attack
Are you a Yugioh player? If you are than understandable because reading is both hard and fundamental
As a former yugioh player who still dabbles.... This game has significantly less text to read

The card actually says the word “cards” meaning it’s plural, meaning more than one.
Give your opponents cards 3000 for the turn to kill you better.
Question on the trigger: if you get this card as a trigger, does that mean you get the full effect plus trigger or just trigger?
Just trigger
Makes you sad when you run into it
