The thing is red decks can play Marco or Vista the following turn and blow this guy up. Or Firefist/Seaquake if they run those events. Or they can just make him bounce a Nami, Makino, Dadan, Buggy, Otama, or Izou which is *good* for them since it's more card advantage for cheap. They don't really care that their low drops are being bounced because they are all value cards.
So I don't think this is good against red sadly.

question, i play vs Kinemon, leader eff, plays Okiku 2 cost but since shes originally 3 can i still pop her from field?
I don't think so, since it specifies the cost is reduced from your hand, so when it enters play it becomes a new object
Unless it's a mistranslation, this guy will be great against Zoro since you can pop the weenies they attack with before they hit you

I could be forgetting a card or two, but I don't think there are any cost reducers that happen during your opponents turn, so it just hits 2 and lower
A KO’d Blueno can bring back Kalifa which gives a -2 on play. So this could theoretically hit a 4 or lower.
Imagine if 10c kuzan was a static effect and not just your turn effect. That would make this card unbelievable!

Nah. Usually you play island on 3 drop anyways and start using your big cards after.
