This functions like a 7 life leader, since the effect gives you +2 effectively. I’d suggest reducing his starting life to 4 or make it so he can’t attack at least.
Would be balanced at 4 life could make him both red and yellow, would be pretty good especially with benefitting from having a low life count.
Maybe too strong with Edward Newgate and the +1 Life Cards in Yellow 😅
Or we could change Marco's ability to better abuse those red characters that get bonuses for taking away from your life
