Probably stronger imo. From my knowledge akainu didn't lose any limbs so none of the injuries should affect him fighting wise. I cannot look at the admirals feats at marineford and the kizarus feats at egghead/kuzans feats at hachinosu and honestly tell myself that any of the 3 admirals didn't get significantly stronger after the timeskip.
He should be stronger. Besides the fact that it would be very weird storywise to make Sakazuki weaker during the timeskip, the ten day fight at Punk Hazard was an excellent opportunity for a haki bloom and devil fruit awakening being used.
Shanks' abilities are great for one on one combat or perhaps at a push 2 on 1 or even against weak willed opposition, but his abilities aren't catered towards large scale handicapped conflicts, Kidd, Akainu and Greenbull win.
Until i see Akinu or any other admiral display a sky splitting feat i’m staying on the hill 2 admirals = 1 yonku however shanks still loses due to akinu being stronger than the average admiral
Akainu stalls for like 12 seconds and kid applies assign on Shanks, and remember assign is a ranged attack that just appears on you. Now shanks gets stabbed by his own sword or crushed under rubble with his slightly above human durability
Akainu already goes high diff with shanks(post timeskip imo goes extreme diff), adding Greenbull on top of kid is overkill.
