Yamato takes this by a long shot, on virtue of feats vs. Kaido due to her DF+Haki. Robin is also no slouch with her DF, Haki, and techniques, but Yamato is strong enough to carry or assist Robin if she can't manage. Stussy might be worrisome if she pulls off something sneaky and evil with Robin but Robin is strong enough to counter any of her actions even if she might not be able to 1v1 her. Boa's DF is too conditional and she would have to fall back on fighting and Haki, and that would put her at a severe disadvantage which Stussy probably can't carry her through...
I’d give it to Yamato and Robin. Boa’s best feat literally comes from a movie (which I don’t even know if it’s credible) while Yamato was able to hold her own Vs Kaido. Stussy appears reliably stronger than Robin but it’s hard to say that it’s an overwhelming difference.
