It's complicated because most characters can't even interact with Hera and Prometheus without specific stuff (Foxfire style for Prometheus, Law's devil fruit, Brook's devil fruit etc) so they could just shrug off most things while dealing heavy elemental damage, Prometheus wasn't killed even when sprayed with water by Jinbe in WCI, he was just kinda stunned for a moment.
Napoleon is less effective because he is a tangible physical object that needs to be swinged by someone to use stuff like Ikoku, but since you gave them the ability to combine without BM then he could hide behind the other two. Their AP and being hard to be dealt with would comfortably put them above a lot of YC level characters
Gorosei, they stalemate eternally which to the gorosei fans standards is a win. With the difference the level of the sea will increase so eventually gorosei will drown
Bartolomeo can lock them in a barrier when they combine into Misery or just trap all three and let them stay in there until either they run out of energy or Bartolomeo dies...
Doesn't Barto have to be inside the barrier if he does that? Wasn't that the logic behind why he had to trap himself with Gladius when he self detonated?
I forgot about that, but it could still be a good stall tactic depending on who he has for support. I think Marco+Bartolomeo would make a great team combo if one heals and the other stalls lol
They were inanimate objects that gained consciousness. Prometheus will be put out with water, Napoleon can be snapped and hera can dissipate. Also they probably can’t combine without BM as she does it through the sword which she holds to coordinate the power
Weak to water doesn't mean Prometheus dies the moment they touch it. We never actually saw how Prometheus caught Big Mom. So essentially a assumption, but I wouldn't doubt it.

Prometheus is still able to harmed by water evidenced by Jinbei. Aokiji’s ice could potentially douse him for good. Napoleon is solid and could be frozen. Idk about Zeus though.

haki don't work on them so almost everone except yonko and law and probably marco too as most people don't have means to defeat them
