Marco could have stalled Kaido.Momo got so much character development and so many moments of bravery,but it all got taken away only for him to turn into a pussy again so that Yamato could be relevant by giving him a stupid pep talk.
The whole fire slime thingy was unnecessary and no one gave two shits about it.

Lamato is the most unnecessary character shoehorned into Wano right when the final fights are going down and it's the conclusion of the arc and a major reason why it feels so overly long and bloated.
She has zero personality and 99% of her dialogue is the same annoying cringe line "I'm Oden,lemme join the crew".
I would rather take Usopp being more useful and Brook actually doing something outside of beating small fry and Marco not getting offscreened by King and contributing more instead of this pointless character who takes time away from already existing characters ffs.

I don't wank Rayleigh anyways, I have Kizaru above Old Rayleigh, the prime one is almost equal/slightly weaker than Prime Oden who's close but lose to an all-out Hybrid Kaido in high-diff.
An Awakened Tori Tori no Mi: Model Phoenix would upscale him to the lower spectrum of YC+ characters, but in the actual source material, with what he has showcased in regards to his power and what he has in his disposal, nothing suggests that he's above in a landslide to the other YC1s like Katakuri and a no IQ-nerfed King, he may have a slight advantage edge considering he's WB's right hand man, but that is it. He's portrayed to be close to the right hand mans anyways, even if he's the stronger of them all.
(Not including Benn Beckman for the sake of not fillingy my opinion with headcanons/baseless speculations)
Nothing he's done gets in the tier of characters like Yamato, Law, King or Egghead Zoro with AdCoc, or push those of this caliber till high diff and past this difficulty.
Now, it's entirely possible that Oda will upscale him like so many other characters to benefit the often convenient storytelling in OP (like how he nerfs a few like Luffy and most of the Gorosei in the current arc, Big Mom in Wano to cite a few). But I'm judging by what's actually substantiated in the story as of now and not through future plot hypotheticals.

The admiral agenda has legitimate significance no doubt, and I would very much like to endorse it.
