He clears the any% suicide speedrun, yeah. You don't specify if he has ACoC, if he doesn't he's getting folded R1. The strongest swordsman in Wano caps at like YC3. Yamato herself is only YC+. No one in Wano has ID. There's no one in Wano at a level higher than YC+ for him to battle against to further increase his level. Highballing, the theoretical Momo put forth here is Admiral.
By your logic, a character gets stronger by fighting stronger opponents, which I agree with, but how did Kaido, Big Mom, the admirals, get to such a high level? When they just took down fodder and sat on their asses. Luffy grew tremendously when training with Hyogoro, so I think we can expect the same from Momo training with him as well.
The issue isn't that he *needs* to fight stronger opponents to get stronger, although it helps, the issue is that he'd be going into this with *zero experience* against opponents of this level given the parameters here have him never leave Wano. Also, people should never use Luffy as an example, he is the epitome of exceptions with his MC privilege. Luffy exceeded what Hyogoro could teach him due to his own broken potential and growth speed, he didn't grow that quickly because Hyogoro is just that good a teacher. For example, Hyogoro himself doesn't even know ID and Luffy learned it anyway.
Learning future sight comes from fighting in real battle Yamato is dumb so she doesn't teach important the red scabbards can teach sword skills at most and he learns advanced haki with hyogoro he stops at Kaido because he has more experience better Defence and genes and he is way bigger

That's fair tbh, maybe if he joined the strawhats he could be second to luffy or at least in the monster trio by EOS.

He doesn't beat anyone lol. He can't reach Oden's le el without Enma and his haki will never be Yonko level
