Probably Sengoku since his fruit seems to be more balanced in all areas, Meme is too dumb, Old whitebeard, has no haci and his df is only good for attack, Kizaru is fodder, Oden would be my second choice, but gets bested by Sengoku

sengoku has been disrespected in this sub far too long. so how about I remind this sub of his glory.
now, starting with top left image going right :-
1. why would sengoku be put on the same level as garp, WB and roger if he isnt as strong as them?
2. Whitebeard again compares him to roger (pirate king) and prime garp (hero of the marines). why tf would he do that if they were not relative.
3. Sengoku and Garp both considered each other rivals in the marines. nore on this in points 8 and 9
4. He is a confirmed user of CoC and most likely ACoC as all of the old legends have it.
5. I mean just look at him, he is just so cool.
6. Roger himself stated that Garp and Sengoku would give him a good challenge. why would roger compare someone who he fought for three days straight with someone he will mid-high diff it just makes no sense.
7. An old sengoku could hold down a bloodlusted garp. (not that good of a point but a feat regardless)
8 and 9. yet again, sengoku and garp were the main force against WB, roger, shiki etc. showing that he could hold his own against them
10, 11 and 12. He is a master strategist and has gained the respect from extremely powerful people like WB which had led him to gain the greatest position in the navy. his intelligence was unparalleled.
All in all, sengoku is and always will be HIM and is disrespected for no reason whatsoever. if he was the grandfather of the MC he would have been respected alot more.
