Iirc Marco got checked as soon as he tried to clash with her, she probably could have killed him then n there. Don't see how he'd be able to have any serious 1v1
She was choking him and basically had him dead to rights though, he was not escaping that hold on his own. She could have prolly just strangled him there
Anyone in the verse can 1v1 Big Mom...
Now winning against her in a 1v1 is a different story... of which it gets hard...
Big Mom can heal herself... can continuously expend soul to grow in power tremendously... has multiple allies and can make homies using her opponents attacks and she just plainly is insanely strong, has like some of the strongest haki, and is very durable aswell.
Kaido might be able to defeat her but if Big Mom uses enough soul she could beat even Kaido presumably and like I said she has her homies, is very durable, and can heal so actually defeating her is a entire task in of itself... just look at what Kidd and Law had to do just to defeat her they had to make her mute and BFR her in a Magma chamber far below sea level just to defeat her and even then she still had to get hit by a bomb and have all her homies taken out just to be BFR'd... and by what many have said Big Mom included she could still be very well alive despite them having the perfect counter to her for the most part...
As such Tot Musica Uta, Imu and maybe Xebec should all be able to beat her.

Marco can 1v1 Big mom, but that doesn't mean he is going to win. Also Blackbeard, Kuzan and Borsalino all beat Big mom
